COURSE DESCRIPTION

This basic in-class course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

This is a dedicated group booking for up to 12 students.

Your Location: 12 students

ON-PREMISE REQUIREMENTS

If you are purchasing a dedicated class at your location for 12 students, you are responsible for providing a classroom environment with the following:

Large, open indoor space no smaller than 84 sq m (900 sq ft)
Individual desks for 12 people OR table seating with minimum 2m physical distancing
Managed climate control with fresh air circulation

DURATION

CPR A
6.5 hours in-class
Includes adult CPR content only

CPR C
7.5 hours in-class
Includes adult, children and infant CPR content.

None

COMPLETION
  • Successfully demonstrate skills and critical steps
  • Min. 75% mark for written knowledge evaluation
  • Attend and participate in 100% of the course
CERTIFICATION

3-year certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A or C
